Brendan Cline

When assigned a project as a Senior Engineer he will guide all facets of the broadcast system integration.  Brendan will work with the client and develop the design solutions to a budget, supervise the project engineering team, perform client & project team interfacing responsibilities, and coordinate the logistics of project implementation.

In addition to being a senior engineer responsible for multiple concurrent projects, Brendan serves as Director of Engineering and manages the BeckTV engineering staff.  Brendan assigns engineering to projects and oversees every project that BeckTV engages in to ensure the quality of each build meets the very high BeckTV standard.

Brendan started engineering work in broadcast television eighteen years ago. Brendan was first hired by a local TV station in need of an engineer to build a new automated HD master control. Two years later, he moved that station across town into a new building.  After completing those projects, Brendan became a systems integration engineer for CEI in the Washington DC area. In Washington, Brendan quickly became a lead engineer on numerous builds including stadiums, broadcast facilities, and very large corporate AV operation centers.  Brendan joined BeckTV seven years ago and has exhibited more than enough competence and knowledge to be elevated to the position of Director of Engineering.  During his time with BeckTV, he has had primary responsibility for many important projects.  Those include, new station facility builds in Anchorage and Seattle, a Digital Media Center for Notre Dame University, a complete IP facility rebuild for NBC News in Washington, DC, an on-going hub and spoke project for the Tegna station group in which master control is being centralized, an 8K HFR camera replay system for the San Francisco 49ers at Levi Stadium, and lead design consultant for multiple station builds.
