Founded in 2016, the first act of the Inclusion & Outreach Committee was to provide an inclusion seminar at the 34th Annual IDEA Conference for professionals in the Event and Game Presentation industry. Since then, the committee has expanded upon its management offerings at the annual conference and has added an informational hands on workshop for high school and college students, to introduce this robust industry to future potential stars.

Our Mission is to develop environments and in-game experiences that represent the communities we serve, as well as make recruitment efforts to attract a diverse and inclusive workforce for our member institutions.
