The organization’s primary contact is the only person who can update the organization’s roster. Log in to your account and choose the Members Only > My Account tab. All the members currently on your roster will be listed. Scroll through the list directly before the “ORGANIZATION” headline and use the appropriate tab to either “Add Employees” or “Remove Employees”.
Annual organizational memberships are $495 and run for the calendar year. All memberships started or renewed during the fourth quarter are applied to the upcoming year.
Memberships are by organization. Each organization consists of a primary account holder who can add as many individuals to their roster as is appropriate.
IDEA defines Active organizations as singular teams or venues and Partner organizations as singular providers of goods and services. If you are not sure how many organizational memberships you need, please consider the following:
For ACTIVE members (teams/venues), apply the fan test. Do your fans wear different jerseys to different events despite corporate organization? Then, you will need a membership for each TEAM. If your venue is separate from the teams in your building, you will need a membership for your VENUE. Unless your fans cheer “GO XYZ holding company,” your corporate structure does not matter for membership purposes.
For Corporate Partner (suppliers of goods and services) members apply the website test. Do your different subsidiaries have different website addresses? Then, they are separate entities regardless of corporate structure for membership purposes.
The Advisory Committee represents each of their respective breakout groups in addressing issues of particular concern to that group. Click here for further information about the Advisory Committee, including the current Reps and Deputy Reps.
To join a committee, reach out to the committee chair and let them know you are ready to help! Or, contact us and we will forward the information to the committee chair.
