David Schindler

David spent his previous 18 years working for the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks and NHL’s Atlanta Thrashers, most recently as the Vice President of Fan Experience and Production. Having opened Philips Arena in 1999, David has entertained fans and created award winning content for thousands of NBA and NHL events.

Prior to his time with the Hawks, David began his career as Event Producer for the Washington Wizards and Capitals in 1994. He spent five years in DC before heading to Atlanta. Recently, David served as Scoreboard Director for Beach Volleyball at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
