NEW MEMBER APPLICATION FORM
All memberships are by ORGANIZATION. Only the primary contact needs to complete the application form. Additional complimentary members from your organization will can be added upon completion of your application. The below are the memberships we offer :
Active members are those organizations which are involved in the day-to-day management of any segment of game operations at a team or facility (including but not limited to: video production, event presentation and marketing personnel).
Corporate Partners are those companies which supply goods and services to the event presentation and large screen video display industry (including, but not limited to, audio and video equipment, programming… both video and animation, music providers and display manufacturers).
Freelance members are those who work game day for a single Active IDEA member organization (or multiple organizations within the same city) on a regular, on-going basis. This may include students or those who work events as a “side hustle”. Part-time affiliation with an Active IDEA member organization must be established before freelance membership will be approved.
Alumni members are individuals who were formerly employed by IDEA member organizations and are no longer involved in the game operations industry. Individuals who are listed on a member organizations roster, but are no longer affiliated with a member organization, can receive a complimentary Alumni membership for the remainder of that calendar year.
